User Manual for SNEED-PACK Paging Machine
Brief introduction about the Paging Machine
This machine is mainly used for automatic paging of sheet products of various
thicknesses and various materials, including paper, name cards, labels, cards of
various materials, telephone cards, IC cards, IP cards, game rechargeable
cards, plastic composite packaging bags, paper boxes, paper bags, etc. It can
separate a pad of sheet products into independent pieces, and convey them
by the belt, thus letting the ink jet coder mark each piece.
I. Notes
1. For first time use, the operator should read through this manual carefully before using
the machine.
2. Before connecting to the power supply, the machine should be checked to have the
power supply switch in the [off] position.
3. In case the machine stops and is not used for a long time, please clean it with a dry
cloth. Do not use any corrosive cleansers while cleaning;
4. Do not get any fluids or liquids into the inner part of the machine electrical cabinet.
Exposure may cause corrosion, or result in short-circuit of internal electrical elements;
5. Please check the appearance of the machine for deformation, damage, rust, and all
axles shall be able to rotate freely.
6. This machine is designed as single-phase AC 220V. Please use the appropriate
transformer for use in different countries.
7. Conveying speed range: 20～50Hz. (*setting the speed too slow can easily result in
motor overheat and damage)
8. Do not alter or change the control unit. Any modifications could result in damage.
9. Do not start the machine if no article is present for paging. This will avoid unnecessary
friction, which may shorten the service life of the machine.
