Charging and battery

  1. Turn off the headset before charging.
  2. Insert USB charging cable into the headset charging interface and insert another end of USB charging cable into USB charger or other charging unit. At this point, the red light of the headset will glow continuously while charging.
  3. It takes about 2h for the headset to be fully charged, red light will be off and blue light will glow at full charge.


This headset has built-in, non-removable, rechargeable battery. Do not try to take out the battery from headset, to avoid damaging of the headset.

Powering On

  • Long press multifunction key until the blue light is on and the headset beeps.

Pairing mode

  • Long press multifunction key until red and blue lights flash alternately and the headset beeps.

Power off

  • Long press multifunction key until red light turns on and then off, and headset will beep.

Pairing steps

  1. Please keep the distance between the headset and mobile phone (or other connection units) within one meter for pairing process.
  2. Power on the headset and enter into the pairing mode, red and blue lights will flash alternately at this moment.
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth search function in mobile phone or unit required for other connection; the Bluetooth search list will display "Blaupunkt BE"
  4. Select "Blaupunkt BE", the headset will automatically connect with the mobile phone, and blue light flashes. Enter 0000 as pairing code if prompted.

Note: The pair time of the headset is at least 120 seconds. If the light is turned off, it means that the pairing mode has been stopped. If you have not paired successfully, please repeat step 1 to 4 for pairing again.

Reconnection of the paired headset to your mobile phone

  1. Please keep the distance between the headset and mobile phone (or other connection units) within one meter, as close as possible.
  2. Turn on the headset, and then the headset will enter into re-connection mode; at this moment, the blue light will flash.
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth function in the mobile phone or devices required for other connections at the same time, and the headset will automatically re-connect with the last connected mobile phone.

Answering calls

  • When you hear prompt sound from headset during cal, click multifunction key to answer call; or use your mobile phone to answer call.

Rejecting calls

  • When you hear prompt sound from headset during call, continuously press multifunction key for two times, the call will be rejected; or use your mobile phone to reject call.

Hanging up calls

  • Click multifunction key during call; or use the "hang up" key in your mobile phone to hang up call.

Re-dialling calls

  • Continuously press multifunction key for two times in the standby mode, this will automatically re-dial last telephone number.

Music playing/pausing

  • Click multifunction key to play or pause music.

Volume adjustment and selection of Track

  • When playing music, short press Volume (+)/(-) to adjust the sound volume. Long press Volume (+)/(-) to select Next / Previous track respectively.

Switching Audio Prompt

The audio prompt of the headset is in English by default, and it can be switched by clicking the "+" after the headset is turned on and before it connects to a mobile phone.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Why the headset cannot pair with mobile phone?
    A: please check whether the headset is in the pairing or reconnecting mode and check whether the mobile phone Bluetooth function has been turned on. Check Bluetooth menu in the mobile phone and delete/cancel the headset, and re connect the headset in accordance with the user manual.
  2. Why the headset does not turn on?

    Please check the power level of the headset.
  3. Can the battery of the headset be replaced?

    No, this headset has unremovable lithium-polymer battery.
  4. Can the headset be used during driving?
    A:
    It is not recommended to use the headset during driving.
  5. Can the headset disconnect with mobile phone within 10 meters?
    A:
    As Bluetooth is a wireless technology, thus the wireless technology is very sensitive to objects between the headset and connected unit; please check whether there are metals or other objects which may impact on the connection within the connection scope.
  6. After the headset is connected to a computer or mobile phone, why there is no sound?
    A:
    Please check whether the computer output sound has been set as Bluetooth device and whether the computer Bluetooth supports A2DP protocol. Please check computer/-mobile phone sound volume.

  • Please control properly the volume at the time of using this headset.

  • Please keep the headset out of reach of children to avoid the risk caused by the improper use by children.
  • Avoid the water to flow into the headset, it can be the reason of damage of headset or headset sound quality.
  • Continuously increase of volume should be avoided. If the sound volume is increased too high, please adjust sound to suitable volume.
  • If you feel obvious discomfort, or other adverse reaction when using this headset, please immediately stop using it.
  • Do not place or use this headset in an environment where the temperature is lower than -15°C (5°F) or higher than 55°C (131°F). Otherwise, the service life of the headset or battery will get effected.
