  • Page 7 6) ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION / MONTAGE STEP1 Fasten Back Rest (4) to Main Frame (1) with 4 Screws (11). STEP2 Connect Support Leg (2) to Main Frame (1) with longest bolt and nut. STEP3 Slide Incline Stabilizer Bar (3) into Support Leg (2). Fasten with Adjustment Crossbar (7) at desired height and tighten with Knob (8).
