TRANSPORT AND HANDLING When handling the equipment, pay special attention to the following points: SAFETY WARNING: Before handling the CM Series multijet valve or its parts, ensure the lifting and handling • equipment (e.g. cranes, slings, straps, etc.) are appropriately sized to manage its weight and the weight of its components. - Page 4 MULTIJET MULTIJET VALVE - CM SERIES - CM SERIES ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO CONSIDER DURING ASSEMBLY The CM multijet valve is unidirectional, making it very important to mount the valve in the correct direction in the line. The valve has an arrow on the body showing fl uid fl ow direction.
- Page 5 It is therefore a very important point to consider. To install valves larger than DN200 in any of these positions, please contact CMO Valves. In these positions it is recommended to secure the actuator to prevent the stem from bending due to its weight.

Positions numbers 1, 2, and 3: It is recommended to support the actuator in these positions as its weight can cause the stem to bend.

- CM SERIES MAINTENANCE CMO Valves shall not be liable if the valve su ers damage due to incorrect or unauthorised handling, or improper assembly and commissioning, thus voiding the warranty. Manipulating or modifying the multijet valve is forbidden unless expressly authorised by CMO Valves.
