Paper does not feed

Possible Cause
Paper load, stiffener, or tray.
CONTENTS
1. Remove sheets with irregularities.
2. Reduce the size of the stack of media
in the paper tray.
3. Check that the blue stiffener sheet is at
the bottom of the paper tray.
4. Check the paper tray.
