CMYK Printer Tables
25 standard TableMaker tables are included with both the Macintosh and
Windows versions of the export module. These tables are for monitor
gamma values of 1.0, 1.4, 1.8, 2.2, 2.6, and black level values of 0, -10, -
20, -30, and -40. The table names for the Macintosh version have the
prefix G and the gamma value followed by B and the black level; for
example, CMYK G2.2 B-30.The table names for Windows have the prefix
KG22 followed by the gamma value and B and the black level; for
example, KG22B-30.
1 custom TableMaker table is included with the CMYK Printer Tables:

CMYK PostScript Level 1 Table/KLEVEL1.TBL—a table for simulating
PostScript Level 1 response.
