Using the Export Module for Adobe
Photoshop
The CD-ROM that came with your printer contains the export module for
use with the Kodak Professional 8670 PS thermal printer (8670 printer).
Use the export module within Photoshop to decrease the time it takes for
your Macintosh or PC to send an image to the 8670 printer.
The export module also has the following printing features:
• scales an image.
• reprints the last image sent to the printer.
• prints in landscape or portrait mode.
• prints in package mode.
• applies print sharpening.
• specifies Colorflow connector File to perform custom color rendering or
printer tables for improved match to the monitor.
• uses the XtraLife ribbon to protect prints.
• centers an image on the page.
• creates a mirror image.
Since the export module runs from within Photoshop, you can use
Photoshop's image processing functions before you print. The export
module is compatible with Photoshop 3.0 and higher.
