FEATURES & ADVANTAGES The VACUUM-WET 301 waste water extraction system removes the cutting sludge from the joint during sawing work. This means that the saw blade does not have to chip any additional material. This makes the machine work more effectively and increases the service life of the saw blade.
Intended The LISSMAC VACUUM-WET 301 waste water extraction system is a product-related accessory for LISSMAC floor saw and is used exclusively for extracting aqueous, inert mineral and bituminous cutting sludge.
Organizational measures This operating manual must be kept within easy reach for everyone at the place of use. It is to be kept for later consultation or resale of the machine. Supplements to the operating manual include general statutory and other binding regulations for preventing accidents and protecting the environment and must be obeyed.
Choice of personnel and qualification; fundamental obligations Operators must be aged at least 18 and be mentally and physically capable of operating the machinery. All persons must be instructed in the operation and be expressly assigned by the employer with the operation of the floor saw. Establish the responsibilities of the personnel for operation, set-up, service and repair.
Commissioning Commissioning may only be carried out on a LISSMAC floor saw. All obstacles must be removed from the working area. Before commissioning, carry out a visual inspection for damage and defects. Ensure that the working area is well lit in the dark.
Special work while using the machine Comply with the set-up, maintenance and inspection activities and intervals stipulated in this operating manual, including information on the exchange of parts/furnishings. These activities must only be carried out by authorized professionals. If the machine is switched off during maintenance and repair work, it must be secured against unexpected restarting and labeled.
Note on special types of danger Dangers for the operator from the machine The discharge opening of the turbine must always face away from the operator. Do not look or reach into the discharge opening during operation. Hydraulics The hydraulic equipment of the machine must be inspected/checked regularly. Defects such as damaged hoses or couplings must be rectified immediately using original spare parts.
Packaging and storage In order to ensure sufficient protection during dispatch and transport, the machine and its components were packed carefully. The machine should be checked for damage upon receipt. The packing of the device consists of recyclable materials. Place them into the containers provided for recycling so that they can be recycled.
Sound power level WARNING Risk of hearing damage Wearing hearing protection is mandatory for sound power levels above 85 dB (A). Wear your personal hearing protection when the machine is in operation This specification defines the volume of the noise relative to the operator's workplace and the sound power level of the floor saw.
TRANSPORT Transport position WARNING Danger of crush injuries Injuries due to the machine falling over or parts falling off. Only transport the machine in transport position Secure the machine using attachment points Only set down on level, stable and pressure-resistant surfaces. ...
Relocating using a crane WARNING Suspended loads Danger of injury due to falling parts. Do not stay under hoisted machines or parts. Only use undamaged hoisting devices with the sufficient load bearing capacity and length. The machine must only be moved in the transport position. ...
Securing the machine for transport WARNING Danger of crush injuries Parts of the body can be crushed if the machine is moved unintentionally. Only ever transport the machine in transport position. Secure the machine at the suitable attachment points. ...
COMMISSIONING Operating materials Lubricant Only use quality grease on the grease nipples. The manufacturer used „Energrease LS2 BP“. (Lithium saponified multi-purpose grease of NLGI grade 2 according to DIN 51818/NLGI GC - LB grade 2) Hydraulic oil The hydraulic fluid used must be of HVLP quality (in accordance with DIN 51524-3 / ISO 6743/4) in ISO viscosity class 68.

Attach the waste water extraction system to the floor saw Sequence: 1. Depending on the floor saw model, screw the mounting rail to the marked position on the frame. 2. Bring the mounting bracket of the C-rail to the same height and retract. Installation can be carried out on the left or right with a 110 mm offset.
Connect and disconnect hydraulic plug couplings WARNING Injection of oil from high-pressure hydraulic lines A small leak in the high-pressure lines can inject oil under the skin and cause gangrene and amputations. Always keep protective hoses in good condition Do not drop quick couplings and do not expose them to shocks or impacts ...
Connecting and disconnecting water lines Hose guide The swivel-mounted hose guides make it easier to guide the hoses along and help to prevent overrunning. The hose guide can be mounted on the right or left as required and is variable in its extension. Supply line with maximum 5 bar.
OPERATION Safety General rules • The floor saw may only be operated by one person. Ensure that other people vacate the work area or set up a barrier. • Do not operate the machine in case of fatigue and exhaustion or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
Cleaning the coarse filter sieve in the dirt collection container The coarse sieve in the collection container must be checked regularly. Stones that have been sucked in can gradually clog the sieve. This reduces the suction power. Preparation Switch off the extraction system on the floor saw and allow the turbine to run down. Wear your personal protective equipment.
DISMANTLING Dismantle the waste water extraction system at the end of use as follows: Cleaning • Clean the extraction system and rinse with clean water. Dismantling • Only disconnect the hydraulic connections when the drive is switched off and stow the hoses away safely.

Peristaltic pump NOTICE The hose of the peristaltic pump is a part with high wear and tear. Its service life depends on the frequency of use, the type of material being pumped, the temperature, the pumping speed and the pumping pressure. The hose quality must be suitable for the material being pumped. Ensure compatibility to avoid rapid wear of the hose, swelling and chemical decomposition.
Troubleshooting The floor saw must be switched off before maintenance or repair work. Secure the machine against being accidentally switched on again. Maintenance and service work must only be carried out by qualified technical personnel. Error Possible cause Remedy The waste water extraction Air is being sucked in Check connections between pump and pipes for leaks.
WARRANTY The warranty for this machine is 12 months. Warranty is only provided for the wear parts listed below if the wear is not due to operation. Wear parts are parts which undergo operation-dependent wear during the intended use of the machine. These parts have varying service lives, depending on the intensity with which they are used.
