    FEATURES & BENEFITS The VACUUM-WET 501 waste water extraction removes cutting slurry from the floor cutting during the sawing process. The saw blade must thus not machine any additional material. This means that the machine works more effectively and the service life of the saw blade is increased.

    Intended The LISSMAC VACUUM-WET 501 waste water extractor is a product-related accessory for LISSMAC floor saws and is used exclusively for extracting aqueous, inert mineral and bituminous cutting slurries.

    Organisational Measures This Operating Manual must be kept within easy reach for everyone at the place of use. It is to be kept for later consultation or resale of the machine. Supplements to the operating manual include general statutory and other binding regulations for preventing accidents and protecting the environment and must be obeyed.

    Choice of personnel and qualification; fundamental obligations Operators must be aged strictly 18 or above and they must be mentally and physically capable of operating the machine. All persons must be instructed in the operation and be expressly assigned by the employer with the operation of the floor saw.

    Commissioning Commissioning may only be carried out on a LISSMAC Floor saws. All obstacles must be removed from the working area. Carry out a visual check for damage and defects before commissioning. If dark, ensure good lighting of the workspace.

    Special Work While Using The Machine Comply with the set-up, maintenance and inspection activities and intervals stipulated in this Operating Manual, including information on the exchange of parts/furnishings. These activities must only be carried out by authorised professionals. If the machine is switched off for maintenance and repair work, it must be secured against unexpected reactivation, and signs must be put in place to warn about this.

    Packaging And Storage In order to ensure sufficient protection during dispatch and transport, the machine and its components were packed carefully.     WARRANTY The warranty for this machine is 12 months. Warranty is only provided for the wear parts listed below if the wear is not due to operation.
