1. 1. FEARURES & BENEFITS VACUUM DRY dry extraction removes the sawdust and the sawing particles quickly and easily from the joint already during the sawing works. The saw blade must thus not machine any additional material. The machine works more effectively thereby. The extraction has additionally a positive effect and cools the saw blade additionally.
LISSMAC joint cutter UNICUT 500 or UNICUT 800. The suction hose is connected directly at the blade guard of the LISSMAC joint cutter and sucks away the dry cutting dust during cutting. Another use, or which is going beyond this, is considered as not intended.
1.2.10 Adhere to prescribed periods for inspection or those specified in the operating manual. 1.2.11 For the implementation of maintenance measures, a workshop equipment appropriate for the work is absolutely necessary. 1.3. Choice of personnel and - qualification; fundamental obligations 1.3.1 Only qualified personnel who have reached the age of 18 may be employed with independent operation.
1.4.2. Commissioning 1.4.2.1 The dry extraction can/may only be operated with a LISSMAC joint cutter UNICUT 500 or UNICUT 800, as the dry extraction is driven by hydraulics of the joint cutter. 1.4.3.2 Visual check of the dry extraction for damages and defects. 1.4.5. Note relating to special types of danger If air from the suction blower contains dust, switch the VACUUM DRY 500 off immediately and carry out a tightness check. Never drive if dust comes from the blower. The suction blower will otherwise be worn out and it can lead to serious damage.
1.5. Packing and storage In order to ensure sufficient protection during dispatch and transport, the machine and its components were packed carefully. With receipt of the machine, the machine should be checked for damages. The packing of the device consists of recyclable materials. Place these into collection containers provided for this in a single-origin manner, so that they can be supplied to recycling.

4. TRANSPORT 4.1. Prior to the transport Note In order that no deposits can settle in the system, always wait for the dry extraction unit to finish the cleaning interval before switching it off. 4.2. Maneuvering the joint cutter Caution! In order to secure the dry extraction against tilting or falling, all of the three support legs must be lowered evenly and be clamped firmly.

5.4. Filter cleaning system of the VACUUM DRY 500 The system of the dry extraction cleans the filters independently and continuously during the extraction according to a fixed interval. The air flaps are thereby opened or closed by an electrical control.
5.6. Pressure and oil fill level compressor Note The correct oil level is crucial for a smooth operation of the compressor. Carry out a visual inspection daily via a sight glass. Fill level control Note The operating pressure is at approx. 10bar. The pressure display should never drop below 5bar in regular operation.
6. REPAIR 6.1. Maintenance Danger! Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel. The machine must be secured against switching on by other persons. Maintenance and repairs may only take place when the machine is switched off. Cleaning For the protection of the paint surface, no strong cleansing agents may be used.
