B. Folding the wheelchair Risk of injury! When folding the wheelchair, be careful not to pinch and injure your fingers. 1. Stand next to the wheelchair and tilt it towards you so that the opposite side is no longer in contact with the ground.

E. Adjusting the height of the anti-tippers 1. Pull the washer and let it snap back into place at the desired height. When adjusting to 47 cm seat height, the anti-tip support rollers must be re- moved. To do this, pull the blue pin out of the anti-tipper support and remove the wheel by pulling it downwards.

J. Adjusting the backrest height Risk of injury! Hand-tighten the screw connections with the appropriate tool. Risk of injury! All tensioning straps must be sufficiently taut and must not sag. To adjust the backrest height, adjust the height of the entire backrest tube.

M. Adjusting the steering wheels Risk of injury! To avoid unintentional tipping of the wheelchair, make sure that the axle adap- ters of the castor wheels are mounted in the same position on both sides. 1. Loosen the wheel nut and bolt on the front wheel fork and pull it out.

P. Armrests Risk of injury! Keep fingers and clothing away from the underside of the armrests to avoid pinching and injury. Make sure that the armrests are firmly locked before using the wheelchair. Adjusting the armrest height: Press the button on the armrest and raise the pad to the desired height.

R. Handbrake and PU tyres (solid rubber) When using PU_solid rubber tyres, the handbrake can only function if the distance between the brake rubber and the tyre cover is adjusted in such a way that the wheels cannot be moved after the brake is applied.

H. Using the wheelchair as a seat in a motor vehicle The wheelchair is constructed and designed for use as a seat in a motor vehicle facing forward. Do not use the wheelchair restraint belt as a seat belt! The wheelchair has been tested using a 5-point restraint belt system (wheelchair) and a 3-point seat belt (user).
