Lamp replacement
1 – Turn off the device
2 – Cut water from the installation
3 – Unscrew the needle screw then the delrin ring
4 – Remove the cap and lamp assembly from the device
5 – Unclip the lamp and then remove it from socket 2G11
5 – Replace 2 locks 2G11 which hold the lamp in the socket 2G11
6 – Reposition the new lamp
7 – Retighten the delrin ring then the needle screw
8 – Put under pressure and check for leakage
9 – Switch on the device
10 – Check the lapm cap lighting
Note : the microswitch on the cap must be in
contact with the Stainless Steel Ring
washer to allow operation of the UVc lamp
