The red light on the Dirt Devil EV3320, along with a message about the wheel being suspended, indicates a wheel abnormality. This is usually accompanied by a beeping sound in intervals. The solution is to check for foreign objects stuck in the wheels and restart the machine.

My EV 3320 will only run for 10 seconds and then stop with both lights blinking red

The Dirt Devil EV3320 may stop after 10 seconds with both lights blinking red due to an issue with the rolling brush, fan, or charging. Possible causes include a clogged rolling brush, an abnormal fan, or a charging issue. To resolve this, clean the rolling brush, dust bin, filter, and charging contacts. If the problem persists, check the battery installation and contact customer service if needed.
