Changing/mounting FourUs Wheels

FourUs Wheels

This guide go through how to change the assembly of

the wheels correct. If the wheels is assembled for the

first time, please start at point 4.

The gap between the tube and the wheels MUST NOT

be bigger than 3mm and it should not be possible to see

the nut.

TV Bracket Package

Start by clicking the lock for the wheel down.

Attach the tube in a vice. Tighten tightly around the tube for the wheel. It is very impor-

tant to have a soft protection coat around the tube, so the paint does not get damaged.

Rubber hammer

Wrench 17mm

Page 2 Set something hard between the wheel and the rubber hammer as shown below. It is important that what is used is longer than the plastic sleeve (round plastic tube) on the wheel, because if you accidentally hit the plastic sleeve, it will most likely break. When hitting with the hammer, it must be done “okay hard”, before the wheel will detach.
Page 3 Remove the wheel and use the wrench 17mm to tighten the screw, which should be connected in the tube. It is important to tighten tightly, until you feel the nut cannot turn anymore. Attach the wheel and be aware that the metal have assembly grease on the surface. When it is in place, hit it with a rubber hammer, until the locking mechanism is activated.
