The sensor may only be used in connection with a DEVIreg™/ECtemp
thermostat. The purpose of the sensor is to measure the temperature for the
installation and in combination with the installed thermostat to ensure that the
temperature does not exceed the limit of the surrounding materials or that the
desired temperature of the application is maintained.
