NOTE:
When measuring for installation, remember that FlexRayz Neon cut lengths are marked every 2 inches (50 mm).
FLEXRAYZ NEON WITH MOUNTING CLIPS:
1. Measure the required assemble length for each run of
FlexRayz Neon.
4. Place the Mounting Clips along the desired path of the
FlexRayz Neon and mark the locations for pilot
hole drilling.

2. Find the nearest cut-point indicator on the tubing (round
down) and cut the FlexRayz Neon to length using metal
cutters. (Scrap pieces may be discarded or used for
another run.)
5. Drill pilot holes, then fasten the Mounting Clips to the
surface using screws.

DO NOT stretch or twist FlexRayz Neon products.
3. Attach a non-feed end cap to the newly cut end of the
FlexRayz Neon and seal it with silicone.
a. Liberally apply silicone to the inside of the end cap.
b. Slide the end cap onto the FlexRayz Neon tubing.
c. Line the outside edge of the end cap with silicone.
d. Use a cloth or paper towel to remove excess silicone.
6. Push the FlexRayz Neon into place in the Mounting
Clips and make all necessary electrical connections.
Installation complete.
