8. Troubleshooting the most common problems with connecting SMART devices
a) Turn on BT (the phone must be visible to other devices)
b) Enable GPS/location (Android phones)
c) Install the application and give it permission during the installation process (for
background work, access to multimedia, etc.)
d) Connect to the watch FROM THE APP
If unsuccessful then:
a) Check if GPS is turned on
c) Check if the watch/band is not already connected to the phone using the
Bluetooth menu, if so > BT menu > forget device > and then connect via the
application
9. FINAL REMARKS:
In the absence of reminders/messages (SMS, Messenger, skype, twitter, etc.) on
the watch:
a) Allow the app to access contacts, messages and selected social media in the
app
b) In Android phones, the same operation as above is often required in the phone
settings (usually: Settings>Applications>Permissions)
