How to pair with two devices simultaneously?

After successfully pairing the Bluetooth receiver with the first device, turn off the Bluetooth function on that device. This action will put the Bluetooth receiver back into pairing mode. Next, turn on the Bluetooth function of the second device you want to pair with. Open the Bluetooth settings and search for the "J48" device. Once found, select and connect to it. Now, you need to reconnect the first device to the Bluetooth receiver. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the first device and access the Bluetooth settings. From the pairing history or list of previously paired devices, locate and select "J48."

All set! Both of your Bluetooth devices are now successfully connected to the receiver simultaneously. You can enjoy seamless audio streaming or take calls from either device without the need for repeated pairing.

FAQ

The receiver cannot pair with my Bluetooth-enabled phone or MP3 player. What should I do?

  1. Ensure the receiver is turned on and in pairing mode, indicated by the alternating flashing of the red, green, blue, and orange lights.
  2. Clear the pairing list on your Bluetooth device (phone, MP3 player, etc.) and repeat the pairing process.
  3. If the light ring is slowly flashing in breathing mode, it means the receiver is already connected to another device. Press and hold the previous track (<<) and next track (>>) buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to restore the factory settings. Then, restart the receiver and attempt to reconnect.

Why is the sound too low when using the receiver?

  1. Adjust the volume by pressing the volume +/- button on the right side of the receiver.
  2. Make sure the playback channel on your mobile phone is enabled. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth function and click the icon on the right side of the connected earphones to activate the "media channel" and "call channel."
  3. Check your phone's "Settings" interface for any maximum volume limits.
  1. The volume control on the receiver and the phone may operate independently due to different settings (e.g., Android). Adjust the volume settings on both the receiver and the phone if necessary.

Why do I experience stuttering, discontinuity, or electrical noise when using the receiver for music or calls?

  1. Verify if the receiver has a low battery, as it can cause poor sound quality or noise.
  2. Ensure that the receiver and the connected device are within a range of 10 meters to prevent signal disruption.
  3. Strong environmental interference, such as large metal partitions or other sources, can disrupt the receiver's signal.
  4. Maintain optimal signal and network conditions on your mobile phone to prevent potential interference or discontinuity during music playback or calls.
  5. Inspect the audio cable and ports for any damage. If damage is found, properly insert the audio cable into its designated port or replace it with a new one.

Why is it not possible to charge the receiver?

It is possible that the charging port and cable are not properly connected. Try unplugging and plugging in the charging cable repeatedly to ensure a good connection. Additionally, use adapters that comply with national or regional safety standards and the included charging cable to charge the receiver. Excessive power from incompatible chargers may damage the receiver's battery.

Why is there an error in the digital display of the receiver?

  1. During the initial startup after a full charge, it is normal for electronic products to display less than 100% power due to self-power consumption.
  2. Electronic products may experience current loss and voltage drop during use. If the receiver's power has been fully depleted and you restart it after a period of time, it is normal for the display to show partial restoration of power.

Safety Criteria

  1. Please strictly adhere to the instructions and avoid disassembling or modifying the product for any reason, as it may lead to malfunction or damage.
  2. Avoid submerging the product in any liquid or washing it with water. Exposure to water can cause damage to the device and compromise its functionality.
  3. Ensure you use an adapter that complies with national or regional safety standards and uses the provided charging cable to charge the receiver. Using an incompatible charger can damage the battery or pose safety hazards.
  4. It is important to use and store the product within normal temperature ranges. Avoid exposing it to temperatures below 0ºC or above 45ºC, as extreme temperatures can negatively impact the performance and lifespan of the device.
  5. Do not block the openings of the receiver, including the charging port, audio port, or microphone. Blocking these openings can interfere with proper functioning and may lead to overheating.
  6. Avoid using the product during thunderstorms or in adverse weather conditions. Doing so may result in abnormal performance or signal interruption, potentially compromising safety and functionality.
