FUNCTION AND OPERATION

1. Mono & Stereo
BIAS Modulation Twin comes with stereo input and output. With mono input (left channel only),
BIAS Modulation Twin will duplicate the input signal so you can still get stereo from BIAS
Modulation Twin's output. Some modulation type like Pan needs stereo output to hear the left
and right panning effect.
Once you plug into the right input, BIAS Modulation Twin will switch to stereo mode which DSP
will process left and right channel independently.
2. Engage & Bypass
When you first plug the power in, pedal will be in
will be passed through the pedal without any modification from the presets. There are two
different bypass types for BIAS Modulation Twin:
A. Buffer Bypass (System default) -
The signal will go through the buffer circuit and generate a
lower-impedance output signal. This allows the output signal to go through a much longer
cable without compromising high frequencies. In addition, Buffer Bypass can prevent the
common 'pop' noise when engaging/disengaging a preset.
Hold down footswitch A and plug in the power to switch to Buffer Bypass mode.
This creates a short circuit between the input and output to keep the
B. True Bypass -
bypassed signal untouched as a high-impedance output signal. If you are using a cable
longer than 18.5 feet, you might get volume loss in the high frequencies using this bypass
mode.
Hold down footswitch B and plug in the power to switch to True Bypass mode.

To engage or bypass a preset, press the left footswitch with label BYPASS.

3. Save Preset

After a preset has been loaded, you can turn any of the knobs on the control panel to modify
its sound. Once a knob has been turned, the LED of the left footswitch will start to blink,
indicating that the parameter's value has changed.

To save the parameter changes, hold the left footswitch
until its LED stops blinking.
To dismiss the changes, switch to another preset and the
parameters changes will not be saved.
