    BigSqueeze ALWAYS wear safety goggles or protective eyewear when operating the unit! PRECAUTIONARY WARNINGS! • Please read and understand all operation instructions as detailed in this manual. Failure to follow specified instructions may result in equipment damage or severe injury to personnel.

    ALWAYS wear safety goggles or protective eyewear when operating the unit! • If you have purchased the optional floor stand, assemble the floor stand first, using the instructions provided. Mount the BigSqueeze on the top of the floor stand. • If you are installing the unit on a bench or shelf, make sure the mounting surface can support double the weight of the unit to allow for forces generated during the crushing cycle.

    BigSqueeze ALWAYS wear safety goggles or protective eyewear when operating the unit! STANDARD OPERATION NOTE: The unit may begin to automatically operate when the air supply is connected with the door closed. If this happens, it means that the operating cycle button was pushed prior to closing the door. Let the unit complete its cycle (Factory setting for release is 85 psi) and the unit will reset and be ready to begin the next cycle when the operating button is pushed.

MAINTENANCE ITEM CHECK MAINTENANCE ACTION Tie Rods After every 20 hours of operation Grease with high pressure bearing (4 ram guideposts) or once a week grease. Door Hinges and Monthly Lubricate with light spray oil.
