Description
Used to specify the parameters for an OK
judgement for individual judgements.
The range for the reference value to
judge OK is specified.
Adjusts judgement parameters without
stopping measurements.
Automatically adjusts the judgement
parameters by using actual workpieces
which are considered as good or faulty
products.
Selects the formulas to use to automati-
cally adjust the judgement parameters.
