Every Mammuth lift table is manufactured in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Every lift table is supplied with a manual including a declaration of conformity and maintenance schedule. -

18. When the lift table is damaged, it has to be repaired by a specialized company/person, Valkenpower BV remains adhered for carrying out any repairs. 19. Only use original Mammuth parts to replace defect parts. 20. Never place any limbs under a lifted load. -

PAY ATTENTION! In the picture the LT50L lift table is shown, the LT3HHM has the same lubricating points, only it has a bigger hinge mechanism, make sure to lubricate all link center pins in the hinging mechanism. - Page 11 Check the hydraulic cylinder for leakages. Put the lift table out of use immediately. Check the oil level in the cylinder. Add oil if necessary with Mammuth CH68 jack oil. Check if the brakes function properly. Put the lift table out of use immediately.
