MICROPHONE HEAD ME 88
The microphone
head ME 88 is apart of the Sennheiser Telemike
system and is designed forthe use with handgrip
+
powering
modules K 3 N, K 3 U and K 30 AV. This microphone
head features
an extremely high level of directionality. A elub-shaped
characte-
ristics has been achieved by the interference principle. Due to its
high directionality
the MKE 88 is highly suitable for those situations
where, for some reason or other, it is not possible to position the
mike elose to the sound source. The ME 88 is designed to pick up
largely direct sound and for this reason even at greater distances
environmental
and indirect sound are reduced much more than
with microphones
with cardioid characteristic. A fixed windscreen
effectively suppresses
wind noise.
