Important:
■ Power factor correction capacitors must be either removed or
placed on the line side of the EM803TD.
■ An unlimited number of EM800SLAVE can be connected to an
EM803TD. However, the total length of the remote wire used to
interconnect all of the EM800SLAVE should not exceed 50 metres.
■ The remote wire only needs to be connected if the
multi-way switching feature is used. Remove the protective
cover from the wire, strip it to an appropriate length and
join it to mains rated building wire using a Cat 401 or other
suitable screw connector. Do not remove the protective
cover from the wire if the multi-way switching feature
will not be used.

- Page 2 FUNCTION • This Time-delay switch can be set in either Minute Mode or Hour Mode. • Minute Mode: 1 to 59 minute delay, in steps of 1 minute. • Hour Mode: 1 to 24 Hour delay, in steps of 1 hour The default is Minute Mode, 10 min delay To change to Hour Mode follow steps 1 &...
- Page 3 PROGRAMMING Minute mode: Press and hold the button for 20 sec. The LED will turn VIOLET then turns BLUE and then to RED. PRESS AND HOLD 2. Release the button. The switch has now entered Minute Timer Mode. Press the button between 1 and 59 times, according to the number of minutes for the desired time delay. For example: if you want a 15 minutes time delay, press the button 15 times consecutively.
