If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.

- Page 9 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE Remove any packing materials, plastic bags, and stickers before first use. Be sure to remove all parts from packaging before disposing of anything. NOTE: Remove the plastic covering on the drip tray before operating the grill. Wipe the grill clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Page 10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS SETTING UP AND HEATING THE GRILL Place the grill on a stable heatproof surface. Fill the drip tray with water between the MIN and MAX lines and slide it into place under the heating coils. NOTE: Do not use the grill without the drip tray filled and in place. Ensure the grill grate is on the grill over the heating coils.
- Page 11 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS GRILLING Once the grill is preheated as directed above, place your food to be grilled on the grate. Adjust the heat level as needed by turning the control dial. Cook foods, flipping once or twice as desired, until done. As you cook, any liquids, oils, or fats that drip from the food will fall into the water-filled drip tray, which prevents additional smoke or odours.

COOKING TIPS Preheat the grill for at least 5 minutes for best grill marks. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using for kebabs. Cut slits into food before marinating for better flavor. Marinate meat before grilling for more tender, flavorful results. Flip meat when it starts to separate from the grill. -

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Unplug the grill and allow it to cool thoroughly before cleaning. Discard any liquid remaining in the drip tray. Wash the grill grate and drip tray either by hand with warm soapy water, before rinsing and drying thoroughly, or wash them in the dishwasher. INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION AVANT L’EMPLOI INITIAL Retirez tous les matériaux d’emballage, les sacs en plastique et les autocollants avant la première utilisation. Veillez à retirer toutes les pièces de l’emballage avant de vous débarrasser de quoi que ce soit.
