Introduction How the robotic lawnmower works The product is an autonomous appliance that can mow the grass evenly in a random pattern. The boundary wire delimits the working area around the edge and isolate the fixed objects. The product will drive back to the charging station when the battery needs to be charged. -

Installation CONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY Connect the power supply in a cool, dry environment; out of direct sunlight. If the power supply is connected to an electrical socket outdoors, it must be approved for outdoor use. The low voltage cable can cross the operating area if it is stapled down. CAUTION: Do not cut, splice, or alter the low voltage cable. -

Installation INSTALLING THE BOUNDARY WIRE When installing the boundary wire there are a number of situations to consider as described in the table below. Table 1. Installation INSTALLING A GUIDE WIRE The mower uses the optional guide wire to find its way back to the charging station, but also find hard-to reach areas of the operating area. For example, the guide wire is laid between the charging station and a remote part of the working area or through a narrow passage. - Page 16 Installation Insert both ends of the boundary wire as well as the end of the guide wire into the splice and guide wire connector. Installation CALIBRATING AND INITIAL START UP Secure the charging station to the ground using the five supplied fixing screws using a 6 mm hex key. NOTE: Do not make new holes in the charging station base plate. Only the existing holes may be used to secure the base plate to the ground. Operation STARTING AND STOPPING THE MOWER To start the mower: Start Stop Insert the safety key and rotate counter clockwise to position ”1”. Slide the START button latch backwards. Hi I wonder if you can help I am a volunteer at The Prospect Hospice in Wroughton Wiltshire cutting lawns. I believe that some years ago the hospice was donated two Cramer robotic mowers and docking stations which have worked very well cutting of the largest lawn areas. However, on taking them out from winter hibernation one now doesn’t operate The docking station has a flashing blue indicator (not green as stated in manual) When docking the mover all seems ok and it reverses out a couple of feet but the Triangle warning light flashes Red and the mower stops and does nothing g more. I have checked the connections of the perimeter wire connectors and the guide wire connector and they seem to be OK I can only assume that the boundary wire may be broken somewhere and that is what is creating the warning light to flash I am not sure of the model and serial number of the mower but the power docking station is model is Cramer RLM1 serial number 221110168 (I can send pictures if required) Unfortunately the maintenance manager retire a couple of months ago and the new guy knows nothing about it and is leaving it to the volunteers to sort out
