This guide is aimed at system integrators who intend to use the video intercom in an integrated way with the other products of the EKINEX catalog - in particular with the DELÉGO supervision solution. It covers all the aspects related to the configuration of the different products, in order to create integrated video intercom functions, including the use with the app through the cloud.

Integration Guide DICO EK-5DP-VI video intercom with face recognition 2.3.2 Use with Delégo Panel Smart without webserver In the presence of at least one DELÉGO PANEL SMART (8" or 10" version), it is possible to do without the webserver for SIP coordination of the DICO video intercoms. Any other touch panels can be used as clients.

Enter the page of the web interface SYSTEM > UPGRADE to check the actual version and, if needed, please download the latest version from Ekinex website, and upload it with the UPGRADE > IMPORT button. In this case, wait until the operation finishes, without closing the browser nor disconnecting of removing the power supply to the external unit.

System configuration with the app This chapter is dedicated to the configuration of a DICO video intercom system for use with the app through the cloud, in order to receive calls from entrance panels on your smartphone even when you are not physically inside the building where they are installed.
In both cases, you need to have an account on the Ekinex cloud; if you have already registered previously (for example to use the DELÉGO app) you can enter the same credentials in the DICO app, otherwise you must register, as illustrated below.
