Thank you, and congratulations on your choice of the BOSS TM-7
GUITAR MONITOR.
FEATURES
Mixes External Audio and Guitar
The TM-7 can mix the audio signals from a cassette player or CD player
with what you play on the guitar. This makes it easier to copy phrases,
and gain valuable guitar practice.
Guitar Amplifier Simulator
The TM-7 is equipped with a full-scale guitar amplifier simulator that
provides three volume and three tone controls. The powerful signal of
this guitar amplifier can be reliably output even with LINE recording.
Center Canceler
Allows you to cancel (erase) auctio signals oriented at the center of the
sound field, thus effectively muting vocals or a guitar solo,
Send/Return
By connecting an external effects unit to the Send/Return provided on
the TM-7, you can enjoy the guitar sound along with the external effect.
Since the Return supports stereo, you can enjoy the full benefit of effects
units which provide stereo output.
Headphone Jack
The TM-7 provides a Headphone jack (stereo mini). By using head-
phones, you can play your guitar even late at night without being
concerned about what your neighbors think.

CHANGING THE BATTERY
1. Remove the cover from the battery case on the bottom of the unit.
2. Remove the battery from the battery case.
3. insert a new battery in the battery case as shown in the illustration.
4. Replace the cover on the battery case.

* Before connecting the TM-7 with other units, be sure te turn down the volume on any amplifiers, then switch off all units, including the
TM-7. Connecting the units while power is on can cause damage or malfunction.
* If the wnil to be connected with the TM-7 is monaural, connect it to the L(MONO} jack.
