  • Page 7 6. The cow assemblies are inside of your buckets. Take them out and hang one buy one on the hooks located on the tube. 7. Pass the hoses to the back of the tube and connect the pulsator hose (black hose) into the pulsator nozzles.
  • Page 8 8. Insert the vacuum gauge on the mounting rubber Push In 9. The air hose is located at the left end of your machine. Lift up the lid and insert the milk stopper under the air hose. This will prevent the milk to overflow.
  • Page 9 10. Attach the milk stopper on the air nozzle below your lid 11. Your milking machine has an oily pump. It uses fiber vanes and hydraulic oil AW-46. Make sure to fill the reservoir with the hydraulic oil provided with your machine.
  • Page 10 OPERATION OF THE MILKING MACHINE TK4-3PS 1. Adjust your vacuum regulator: Before turning on your machine pull out all the black rubber plugs on the top of your milking clusters. Pull out the black rubber plugs 2. Turn on the milking machine and start adjusting your vacuum regulator, remove the cap and turn right to increase pressure, left to reduce pressure un- til you reach .50 on the red zone on your vacuum gauge.
  • Page 11 3. Remove the first milking claw from the machine, push in the butterfly plug that is situated on the top of the milking claw, and fold the four teat liners against the head of the milking claw. Having the silicone liners/inflations clamped keeps the pressure steady.
  • Page 12 6. Bring the claw under the udder of the cow and insert one teat at a time, into the liner/inflation. Make sure that you keep the liners clamped until they suck are onto the teat. This will allow vacuum to build in the milking claw and pre- vent any liners from falling off the teat.
  • Page 13 HOW TO TURN OFF YOUR MACHINE AND FINISH WITH THE MILKING PROCESS Once the milk flow slow down from each cow (visible through the acrylic part of shell), milking is almost complete. Pull the butterfly plug up on top of the claw. This will stop the milking process.
