Self
test
Pressing the
'Test'
key
starts
a
self test
routine.
The
self test
is
a part
visual,
part internal
check
of the
proper operation
of
the
instrument.
A
visual
check
is
made
of the display
by
the
operator
and
internal
checks
are
executed
to verify
that the
circuits
are
functioning
correctly. Self
Test
does
not
check
the
full
measurement
accuracy
of the instrument.
