The cast iron pot and lid are oven safe up to
200°C and should always be positioned on the
lowest oven rack.
NOTE
The cast iron pot and lid are
NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. Do not place
them in the dishwasher at any time, as doing
so can lead to adverse effects, including the
formation of rust on the rim of the pot and lid,
deterioration of the enamel surface.
