• Check for any sand or deposits in the vacuum. • Check if the battery power is too low. If it is too low, recharge it. • Contact Intex Service Center. CHARGING FAILED • Plug the charger (not included) into the main electrical outlet first, then connect the USB cable into the vacuum body charging receptacle. -
