OTTO 750/1500 Fast Charger V2 - OMM-000091-D sets will need to be reset to match the current footprint for each robot. Safety configurations are based on the largest possible combination of attachment and payload at all times. Extension of payload height will not be detected by the robot. Payload height needs to be qualified in the facility of installation and inspected in all spaces in which the robot will operate to reduce the risk of a collision. -

Charger electronic unit The charger electronic unit is a smart battery charger, able to detect when a robot is present to initiate charge and provide the correct charging profile to care for the batteries. -

Using a series of sensors integrated into the charge contacts, the charge controller electrically disconnects the charge electronic unit from the charge contacts unless a robot is detected. -

Should these components be damaged, the functionality of the charger and the ability of the robot to align with the charger contacts may be affected. Damage includes dents or twists to the front and/or rear covers, deformation of the dock target, and scratches or deformation of the sensor array. -
