The 9-pin connector
atop the camera
provides video
and deflectiondrive signals for the Viewfinder. Video,
without
sync
signals, is applied to pin 5 from the
emitter
of X11.
Horizontal
drive from the secondary
of T101 is applied to pin 2. Vertical drive, developed
across R136 in the emitter circuit of X109, is applied
to' pin
1. Note,
since
deflection
drive
signals
are
applied
to the Viewfinder,
the Viewfinder
contains
deflection
output
circuits
and
no
deflection
oscil-
lators. Failure of a deflection oscillator in the camera
will
result
in loss of deflection
in the Viewfinder.
Twelve
volts AC is applied to pins 9 and 6 of the
Viewfinder to supply the Viewfinder's power circuits.
