Problem

Possible cause
The appliance is not

Solution
Check if the mains plug
is inserted properly and
its wall socket is working.
Check if the appliance is
switched on.

Let the appliance heat
up ≈30 seconds
('steam-ready" light will
be on). When the
appliance is ready for
use, the light turns off.
Press the steam trigger
fully for a few seconds.
Unplug the appliance
and refill the water tank.
