NOTE:
To use the AMSS button and AMSS indicators
The AMSS functions by detecting the blank tape sections between selections. Therefore
count the
selections on the cassette as follows.
In the forward direction (Fig. 17)
Always count the selection immediately after the one you are currently listening to as No. 1.
Also
at the very start of a cassette (before you have heard any music), the second selection
on the
cassette is No. 1. 1f you wish to hear the first selection, start playing the cassette and wait until
the
music starts.
tn the backward direction (Fig. 18)
Always count the selection you are currently listening to as No. 1. Also at the very start
of a
cassette (before you have heard any music), the selection that has just been finished to playback
on the cassette is No. 1.
