Instructions
1. Wash paneer, cut it into equal sized pieces and mix with the marinate.
2. After 30 mins, place the marinated paneer cubes on the metal tray
at high rack and apply little oil/ butter on it.
3. Turn anound with the beep for even browning.
4. For marinate : 1/2 cup thick curd, a pinch of edible red colour,
1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chat masala,
1 tsp chilli garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander - chilli paste, salt to taste,
mix all the ingredients together and add paneer pieces into it.
1. Wash the chicken legs and mix with the marinate for 2hrs.
2. Set the chicken legs on metal tray kept on high rack and let it cook.
in the microwave oven.
3. Turn the chicken legs on beep for even browning.
4. For marinate : 1/2 cup thick curd, a pinch of edible red colour,
1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chat masala,
1 tsp chilli garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander -chilli paste, salt to taste,
mix all the ingredients together and add Chicken legs into it.
After cooking, stand covered with foil for 2-5 minutes.
