Electromagnetic Interference Example
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) can be introduced to the power circuit by certain
appliances such as hair dryers and lamps.
The figure below demonstrates the use of a hair dryer connected to a power circuit with and
without an EMI filter. The traffic rates given are example values only.
