3.3 Pedometer, Calories, and Distance
Click Pedometer icon to see all the historical data. Swipe right to return to previous
menu, or short press the side button to return to the main interface directly.
3.4 Heart rate
Click the heart rate icon to start monitor which would take about 1min. Slide right to
exit or press the side button return to the main interface directly. The bracelet should be
worn tightly on the wrist during the monitor.
3.5 Blood Pressure
Click the blood pressure icon to start monitor which would take about 1min. Slide right
to exit or press the side button return to the main interface directly. The bracelet should
be worn tightly on the wrist during the monitor.
3.6 Blood Oxygen
Click the blood oxygen icon to start monitor which would take about 1min. Slide right
to exit or press the side button return to the main interface directly. The bracelet should
be worn tightly on the wrist during the monitor.
3.7 Sleep Monitor
Click the sleep monitor icon to enter, the watch will display sleep data of the previous
day. Slide right to exit or press the side button return to the main interface directly.
Sleep history record can be checked on the APP.
The default sleep monitoring time for the bracelet is from 18:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. If
you wear the smart bracelet to sleep, then you can check the sleep time of last night at
8:00 in the morning at the sleep interface. When the bracelet is successfully paired with
APP, the sleep data will be automatically synchronized in real time (or manually
refreshed) to upload the data of the bracelet to the APP.
