• You cannot switch between the online mode and offline mode during printing.
Wait until printing has been completed, or interrupt printing, to switch to the
offline mode.
• When the typewriter is switched from the offline to the online mode, the con-
tents of the typewriter buff er are automatically cleared.
• The typewriter is in the offline mode when it is first turned on.
