Cassette deck assembly

Detach the connector MP 5 to the front unit.
Press the cassette eject button and lift off the cas-
sette deck trim strip.
. Unfasten the two screws (1) from the lever mecha-
nism and remove the latter.
. Unfasten the four screws (2) of the two mounting
flanges (do not lose the washers).
. The cassette deck and the cassette compartment can
now be removed as a complete unit.
. To detach the cassette compartment from the deck,
unfasten the four screws (3), remove the mounting
flanges, and carefully lift out the cassette deck.
. By reassembling, make shure that the cassette com-
partment fits symmetrically the front pannel opening.
