6.1 The app does not start or freezes
Cause
The app has to be restarted.
6.2 The MI 301 cannot connect via infrared (IR)
Cause
The MI 301 is too far away from the product.
The transmission angle is incorrect.
There is a problem with the app.
There is no IR on the pump.

Cause
The MI 301 is too far away from the product.
There is a problem with the app.
The product has no radio connection.

Cause
The distance between the two devices is outside the Bluetooth
range.

Remedy
•
Close the app and restart it.
Remedy
•
Hold the MI 301 closer to the product, pointing the infrared
transmitter at the product. The infrared transmitter is located at the
end of the MI 301 opposite to the power button.
•
Point the MI 301 at the IR receiver on the product, ± 12°.
•
Restart the app.
•
Your product may not support IR. See section about supported
Grundfos products.
Remedy
•
Hold the MI 301 closer to the product.
•
Restart the app.

Your product may not support radio. See the section concerning
supported Grundfos products.
Remedy
•
Move the smartphone closer to the MI 301. If this does not solve
the problem, it may be necessary to pair the two products again in
the GO settings.
•
Charge the battery for two to four hours.
Remedy
•
Move the smartphone closer to the MI 301.
•
Switch on the MI 301 using the power button. The indicator light
starts flashing blue.
•
Charge the MI 301.
