7. Fault finding

7.1 Grundfos GO app on Apple iOS

The app does not start when you press the icon.
The app freezes.
The app exits without warning.
The app needs to be restarted.
The app is not available on my device.
The app needs to be installed.
Close the app.
Press the home button twice very quickly
to see running apps.
iOS 6 and earlier:
Press and hold any icon in the bar until a
red minus appears on the icons.
Press the red minus on the Grundfos GO
app icon to close the app. Start the app
again by means of its icon.
iOS 7 and later:
Swipe the Grundfos GO app preview
window upwards until it disappears.
Start the app again by means of its icon.
Go to Apple App Store and download the
Grundfos GO app for free. Search for
"Grundfos GO".
