12 - SETTINGS VIA WEGO CONVERTER

The WeGo Converter requires the user to press and hold the internal button on the top of the box. At this point, the
WeGo RFID Reader will emit a short beep and the blue LED will flash intermittently while the button on the WeGo
Converter is pressed. After this period, the options described below become valid.
• If the user wants to reset the default factory settings (according to the values shown in the subsection "Reset
settings"), the button must be kept pressed between 10 and 20 seconds. The reader will start flashing the orange
LED alternately. When releasing the button within this period, the reader will emit 2 short beeps with the LED in red
to confirm the user's action.
• If the user wants to re-enroll a master card, they must keep the button pressed down between 20 and 30 sec-
onds. The reader will begin flashing the pink LED alternately. When releasing the button within this period, the reader
will emit long beeps, alternating the LED in cyan color indefinitely until the user presents a card that will become the
master. Remember that it is not recommended to use a card that has already been used by another user. The card
used as master will not work to perform accesses, neither in slave mode nor in controller mode.
• If the user wants to delete all enrolled users, they must keep the button pressed between 30 and 40 seconds. The
reader will begin flashing the red LED alternately. When releasing the button within this period, the reader will emit 3
short beeps with the LED in red to confirm the user's action.
After the 40-second period, the process is restarted.

13 - RESET SETTINGS

By pressing and holding the button of the WeGo Converter according to the previous index, the device will perform
the reset as described below, remembering that the factory reset does not delete the enrolled users, it only resets
the reader to the default values.

14 - PRODUCT APPROVAL

Resolution No. 680 - "This equipment is not entitled to protection against harmful interference and may not cause
interference with duly authorized systems".

15 - WARRANTY

The products in the Access Control segment have a warranty of all parts, pieces and components against any man-
ufacturing defects for a period of 3 (three) months (legal warranty) plus 9 (nine) months of additional warranty, proven
upon presentation of an invoice for the purchase of the product by the final consumer.
In the event of a possible problem with the product, it must be sent to an authorized Nice Brasil distributor for that
product line, and if a manufacturing defect is found, the repair may include, at Nice Brasil's discretion, the replace-
ment of parts or panels with new or reconditioned equivalents. This product and replaced parts are warranted for the
remainder of the original warranty period.
The warranty will totally lose its validity if any of the following occur:
a) Failure to comply with the technical specifications of the product and the recommendations of the installation man-
ual regarding the conditions of use and suitability of the installation site, such as electrical voltage compatible with
the product, characteristics of use, etc.
b) Damage caused by accessories or equipment attached to the product that are not part of the Nice Brasil Group's
product line;
c) Misuse, poor conservation or when the product has undergone aesthetic and/or functional changes or modifica-
tions, as well as when it has been repaired by persons or entities not accredited by Nice Brasil;
