Ribbon Feeding

l. If new style bracket end pulleys ore being Installed, start
od!ustment with adjusting levers In position cs shown. This
provides the ribbon pulleys o vertical starting position.
2. Ribbon pulleys

in the direction of rotation of the
adjusting levers (new style).
New Style Ribbon Feed
1. Note the direction of ribbon feed.
2. Note the direction of ribbon creep (High or low as shown).
3. Loosen the lock screw on the appropriate pulley.
4. Turn the adjusting pin in the direction of the ribbon creep (As shown).
5. Tighten the lock screw.
