D) REAR PANEL CONTROLS
(1) AC POWER INPUT. A three-pronged recessed male
connector is
provided on the
back panel for
AC power
connection to the instrument. Also contained in this
assembly is a
1/2A slow blow
fuse and a removable
card
that can be removed
and repositioned
to switch
between
120V AC in and 240V AC in.
(4) PW. The pulse generator may be triggered externally in
a PWy,, = PW,, mode by setting the switch in the EXT
position and applying a TTL level pulse of the desired
pulse width to the A connector.
Liou = Vy (Amps, Volts)
For example, if V, is determined to be 1.5 Volts (using
an oscilloscope), the load current is 1.5 Amperes.
Note that the monitor output voltage waveform includes
the overshoot spikes shown below. These spurious
spikes do not appear on the actual load current
waveform.
