Arqa Quick Start Guide Connect the Arqa RX1 and the TX1 as follows using the connection illustrations as a guide: Connect both the Arqa RX1 and the TX1 to the 12V 1A power supply provided. Connect the USB cable (provided) to a USB port on the PC and to the USB port on the Arqa TX1. Connect a keyboard and mouse to the USB ports on the Arqa RX1.
Arqa Quick Start Guide ATTACHING THE ARQA TX1 UNITS TO THE RMK Attach the Arqa TX1 to the faceplate by removing the top left and bottom right screws (1). Align the blank screw holes on the faceplate (2), then insert the screws to lock the Arqa TX1 units in place.
Arqa Quick Start Guide CONNECTING POWER TO THE RMK Once the Arqa units have been secured inside the rack mount, remove the protective caps on the power connector pins and connect the power cables from the Power Supply Unit (PSU) to the rear of the Arqa units (1).
Start up a point-to-point connection (without a network switch) The start up for a point-to-point connection is the same whether you are using the Copper or Fiber version of the Datapath Arqa. Ensure all connections between the PC, Arqa TX1 and the RX1 are sound.

Arqa Quick Start Guide Remote Source Aggregation Example Configuring for control of remote systems in this way allows the integration of multiple remote servers into one unified workspace for control of remote systems, as well as visualization on a video wall. The following example shows how network switching can increase the number of inputs available for visualization on the video wall.
Also ensure that all Arqa devices are on the same physical and logical local area network (LAN) as the Aetria Network Manager server. This will have been pre-configured by Datapath and should be connected, powered up and running before going any further. Recommended network configuration settings found in the Aetria Network Configuration Guidelines document.

Arqa Quick Start Guide USING THE ON SCREEN MENU - ARQA WORKSTATION The aim of this section is to quickly guide users through the basic process of using the Arqa On-Screen Menu (OSM) for the first time within an Aetria® environment. At this stage the Aetria OneControl group will have been configured within the Aetria Command Center by the system administrator along with any shortcuts that will be used to control the Arqa Workstation.
If the receiver name displays a (W) in front this means that this receiver is a Datapath video wall controller destination, and requires the appropriate video capture window to be open on the wall controller as part of a wall layout.
