Before beginning:
e@ Are all of the components turned ON?
@ Is the VOLUME control set to a reasonable level?
@ Turn ON the SPEAKERS switches.
When listening through headphones, turn OFF the
SPEAKERS switches.
Press an AV Source Selector
Prepare for playback
Depress the PHONO button of your Akai audio video
receiver.

Depress a PRESET STATION selector on your audio vidéo
receiver.

Depress the TAPE button of your Akai audio video
receiver.
Depress the CD button of your Akai audio video receiver.

Play back the component

Load the Akai Stereo Cassette Deck with a prerecorded
cassette tape.

Load the Akai CD Player with a compact disc.

compact disc.
