• Setting the saw position
The saw can be set to one of three positions (0°, +/- 90°). To change the saw position, push the
locking button in the direction of the arrow. Rotate the handle to bring the saw shoe to the desired
position. Allow the locking button to engage.
• LED work light
When the plug is in the socket, the LED work light is lit to provide better vision and to enable safe
work in darker areas. The LED work light goes out when the plug is pulled out of the socket.

OPERATION

• Switching on
Press the on / off switch. The saw starts with a low stroke rate. With stronger pressure on the switch,
the stroke rate increases to the previously set value. Switch the machine off to change the stroke rate
using the adjusting wheel.
• Switching off
Release the on / off switch and wait for the machine to come to a standstill.
• Switching on continuous operation
Push the on / off switch as far as it will go, press the locking button for continuous operation and
then release the on / off switch. The machine starts at the previously set stroke rate. Switch the
machine off to change the stroke rate using the adjusting wheel.
• Switching off continuous operation
Release lock by pressing the on / off switch. Release the on / off switch and wait for the machine to
come to a standstill.

METHOD OF WORKING AND FINISHING WORK

• Adapt the blade and stroke rate to the respective material being used. Remove any foreign objects
from the work piece. We recommend carrying out test cuts on waste materials in order to determine
the machine settings required.
• When processing materials pay attention to maximum cutting depth specifications! Switch the
machine on, and move it towards the work piece to be processed. Place the saw shoe (8) on the
surface of the work piece and saw the material with even pressure and feed. If the saw blade jams,
turn the machine off immediately. Use a suitable tool to open up the cut a little and remove the
machine. When you have finished working, switch off the machine and only set it down when it has
come to a complete standstill.
• Switch the machine off, unplug the machine from power supply, allow the machine to cool down
sufficiently, Prior to cleaning, maintenance or storage, remove the inserted tools.
