    Overview Thank you for purchasing an SF7 Pressure and Expansion Kit with fast install inlet group (manifold) incorporating check valve and service valve. To be used with the Speedflow range of unvented water heaters, available in 5, 10 and 15L capacity.

    2. Installation The installation of this kit should be carried out by a competent person in accordance with any local plumbing regulations. • Connect the inlet of the manifold to the incoming water supply. The orientation of the manifold is optional, but the direction of flow must follow the arrow marked on the manifold.
  • Page 4 • Attach the bracket to the wall before securing the vessel to it using the supplied banding. • Connect the flexible hose to the vessel using the black washer. • Using a length of 15 mm piping, connect the pressure relief valve (supplied with the heater) to the top outlet of the manifold.

    3. Commissioning • Upon completion of installation, turn on the water supply to the manifold and allow the water heater to fill. Open the hot water tap to allow air to purge from the system. • Once the water runs smoothly from the hot water tap and the air is purged from the system, close the tap, and inspect all fittings for leaks.
